This interactive workshop focuses on how to hire the best talent for your organization. You will learn to identify the ‘right’ skills, competencies, and ‘cultural fit’ needed for the person fulfilling the role you are trying to fill. In the process you will also learn how to increase your interviewing effectiveness. This workshop will enhance your skill knowledge through effective experiential learning methods. You will learn how to:

  • Structure an effective interview.
  • Determine the most appropriate questions to ask given the role you are hiring for.
  • Create competency questions.
  • Ask effective interview questions.
  • Listen actively and without bias.
  • Rate the candidate failry.
