Chris and her team brought AT&T’s Cloud Services to market including Hosting, Utility Computing, Cloud Compute, Cloud Storage, Private Cloud & Virtual Desktop services. Her professional experience ranges from industry expertise in Cloud Compute, Storage and Platform as a Service, Managed Hosting and Application Management, Portals, E-Servicing and Knowledge Management. She has held several positions in product, sales, marketing and operations.

Chris achieved “Top 10 Woman in Wireline” in 2010 and received a “Leaders Quadrant” rating by Gartner Group in 2012. She developed the award-winning AT&T Managed Services Portal on Business Direct that was rated #1 for 2 years in a row by Tier One Research. Chris established a web presence for AT&T’s toll-free services and created the first interactive toll-free website on in 1997.

Chris speaks extensively in the industry about Cloud services. She has authored many articles on Cloud, Utility Computing, Business Continuity, Managed Hosting, Storage, e-Servicing and knowledge management in over 24 different publications, including: Network World, Information Week, Computer World, Data Center Management Magazine, Hosting Tech Magazine. Chris holds a BA from Shippensburg University and has completed MBA programs with MIT, Southern Methodist and Mays Business School. David Castore - Chief BD Partner, Gearhart Law

David Postolski, a partner at Gearhart Law, is a registered patent attorney and Intellectual Property attorney. With over 15 years’ experience, David specializes in assisting inventors, creators, artists, start-ups, entrepreneurs, early stage companies and emerging companies with their U.S and International intellectual property strategy, protection, enforcement and monetization. David remains very involved in the creation of New York State’s first federally approved patent pro bono program in conjunction with Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. David is a frequent speaker and author on intellectual property issues surrounding raising capital, business formation, licensing, and reward and equity based crowd funding. David is also a Professor at Parsons School of Design where he teaches master level students about IP, ethics and other regulatory considerations in starting business ventures and products around design. David is the current chair of the Professional Issues Division of the ABA Section of Intellectual Property law as well as a member of the CLE Board, Sponsorship Board, andfounder of the International Action Group.

David’s practice includes prosecuting patent and trademark applications both domestically and internationally. His patent practice encompasses various technological and scientific areas, including software and app development, financial transactions, gaming, life sciences and medical, mechanical and electrical devices, and business methods, as well as patents related to chemistry. He has experience managing patent and trademark portfolios and advising clients on prosecution strategies, as well as drafting replies to office actions and appeals briefs, and conducting interviews with examiners. In addition, David prepares instructions to foreign associates regarding prosecution in various countries and evaluates IP portfolios for potential licensing value, technical merit and patentability/validity. David also has experience in copyright, trade secret protection and corporate transactional matters including the drafting and negotiating of end user licenses, master service and terms of services agreements, security agreements, coexistence agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.

David’s life sciences industry experience includes counseling, drafting and prosecuting U.S. and Foreign patent applications in the fields of chemistry, biochemistry, physics and chemical engineering. He has prosecuted applications with subject matter including but not limited to thermodynamics, thermometry, paramagnetism, hyperpolarization, carbon dioxide emissions and effects, medical devices, a variety of healthcare products and pharmaceuticals. His experience also extends to the corresponding branding, trademark, business and corporate side of intellectual property, including drafting and negotiating licenses, product development, manufacturing and launch, FDA processes, ANDA procedures and consumer product safety commission processes.

Annette Giordano - EVP and Head of Sales, C2G Partners

Annette Giordano

As Executive Vice President of C2G Partners, Head of Business Development, Annette leads the sales team in building new partnerships and enriches existing relationships with clients, identifying their marketing needs and providing winning solutions. Her marketing expertise, acquired over the last 20 years, enables her to successfully achieve partners’ business objectives. Annette has been responsible for a large portion of the 60-fold annual revenue increase the business has achieved during her tenure.

Prior to C2G, Annette spent over 10 years at American Express. As a former Director of Marketing, she introduced her team to customer relationship management, leading the strategy to identify and target customers. Additionally, she held several positions in Customer Information Management, leading and training teams of database marketing professionals to analyze and improve marketing programs.

Annette holds a BBA from Baruch College, City University of New York. In her spare time, she volunteers on various projects, especially non-profit fundraisers. Annette lives in New Jersey with her husband and two children.

Kelly Rodocker - Client Partner & District Manager, NetApp

Mr. Rodocker leads a team that supports one of Netapp’s largest clients – AT&T, Inc. AT&T is a member of Netapp’s Global 50 accounts and is a market leader in telecommunications, IoT, and Entertainment. Mr. Rodocker’s leadership and responsibilities spans direct and indirect sales, engineering, professional services, business development, and marketing across the Americas, U.S. Public Sector, EMEA, and AsiaPac. His organization is responsible for executing the partnership with AT&T both as an end user client and joint selling into the enterprise industry.

Mr. Rodocker joined NetApp in 2015 after spending 13 years with AT&T. Mr. Rodocker served mutiple sales roles in various AT&T organizations including the Industry Mobility Application Solutions, Global Client Group, and Signature Client Group.

Mr. Rodocker is a US Army veteran where he served in the 2 Armored Division from 1983-1988, and was a Department of the Army green to gold scholarship receipient. With a broad and diverse leadership background in both the private and public sectors Mr. Rodocker has also worked for Avnet, Inc., Arrow Electronics, and NMS Communications.

Mr. Rodocker holds both a Bachelor and a Master of Science in Business Administration; Attending Arizona State University, University of Phoenix, and Amberton University. Mr. Rodocker was the winner of the 2015 AT&T Diversity and Inclusion award. His community passion includes volunteer efforts in education, specifically around college preparatory work through Advanced Placement and Project Lead the Way.

Mr. Rodocker currently resides in Dallas, TX with his wife of 20 years, Susan and their two sons.

Peggy is the co-founder of C2G Partners, a Newark, NJ based consulting firm that provides marketing and analytic solutions to Fortune 500 companies in the Financial Services, Telecom, CPG, Healthcare and Insurance industries. C2G was recently recognized by Fortune Magazine/ICCC as one of the top 100 Inner City Companies in the US. In addition, C2G was also included on the Inc. 500/5000 list as one of the fastest growing companies in the US for the fourth time. Peggy is the co-author of Black and White Strike Gold: Practical Nuggets to Grow Your Business. She was a Vice President of Marketing at American Express, where she launched their Automatic Bill Payment Service that produced outstanding financial results. Prior to joining American Express, she was Director of Marketing at an Information Technology Services company, which was her first position after leaving AT&T. At AT&T, Peggy worked as a Marketing Director on both consumer and business international calling services. She launched a variety of new products and services and rolled out their Multi-Cultural Marketing Organization. She holds an MBA in Finance from St. John’s University and a BA from the College of Mount St. Vincent. Peggy currently serves on NJIT’s Undergraduate Research and Innovation Board and The Women’s Center for Entrepreneurship (WCEC). Peggy served on the State Board of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners as their Vice President of Marketing and Nominations Chair. She is also a member of the Women Presidents’ Organization, New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC) and the Marketing Executives Network Group (MENG).
