CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of class cancellation, we will notify participants via email. Please feel free to call the office at 973-507-9700 after 9:00am on the day of your class to ensure up-to-date information.

CLASS PAYMENT POLICY

The WCEC will not issue refunds for classes with a fee. If you have any questions, please call our office at 973-507-9700 or e-mail info@wcecnj.org before completing your registration. All paid classes require pre-registration as payment will not be accepted at the door.

CLASS WAIT LIST POLICY

For any class that is SOLD OUT, if you wish to be placed on the waitlist, please call the WCEC at 973-507-9700. This does not mean you are registered for the class, but if there are any cancellations, we will contact anyone on the wait list in the order they came in.
